Create your own membership system to gain more loyal customers. Set how they can gain your loyalty points and create interesting rewards that can be redeemed using collected loyalty points.

Below is the steps to create loyalty program:

1. Login to Moka Backoffice.
   
   
2. Open CUSTOMERS menu.
   
   
3. Select Loyalty Program.
   
   
4. Click Create Program.
   
   
   
   
5. Define your program rules.
   
   
   • Choose the program type, how can your members gain points and click one of the options below:
     
     
     • Gain points from total Rp. spent (Customers gain points for a certain amount of money they spend in one transaction)
       
       
     • Gain points from buying item (Customers gain points by purchasing specific item or any item in a category)
       
       
       
       
   • Set the point gain rule on how many points the customers can gain based on the loyalty program type and also you can set how many points the customers can gain when they register as member.
     
     
     • If you choose ‘Gain points from total Rp. spent’, set the point gain rule based on how much money that members need to spend to gain certain loyalty points (e.g for every Rp. 50,000 spend, customer will get 1 loyalty point)
       
       You can also set how many points the customers can gain when they register as member (e.g starting point for member is 2 points)
       
       
       
       
     • If you choose ‘Gain points from buying item’, set the point gain rule based on item and the variant that members need to purchase to gain certain loyalty points (e.g for every Sirloin Steak spend, customer will get 1 loyalty point),
       
       You can also add more items that available for customer to get certain loyalty point by clicking “Add More Items”
       
       
       
       

       OR set the point gain rule based on any items in a category that members need to purchase to gain certain loyalty points (e.g for every ‘Meat’ category spend, customer will get 1 loyalty point),

       You can also set how many points the customers can gain when they register as member (e.g starting point for member is 2 points)
       
       
       
       After all are set, click Next.
       
       
6. Define your reward schemes.
   
   
   • Choose the reward type, how can your members redeem their point to get discount by selecting the following options:
     
     
     • % discount on total sale (customers get a % discount on the total sale by redeem certain point)
       
       
     • Rp. discount on total sale (customers get a Rp discount on the total sale by redeem certain point)
       
       
     • % discount on total specific item (customer get a % discount on specific items or any items from a category)
       
       
   • Set the redemption points required to get discount.
     
     
     • If you choose ‘% discount on total sale’, set the points required to get % discount on total sale (e.g redeem 10 points to get 50% discount on total sale)

       You can also set maximum discount value that customer can get (e.g 50% discount with maximum amount of Rp 200,000)
       
       
       
       

     • If you choose ‘Rp. discount on total sale’, set the points required to get Rp. discount on total sale (e.g redeem 10 points to get discount amount of Rp 150,000 on total sale)

       
       You can also set minimum purchase value required (e.g minimum purchase of Rp 300,000 to get discount amount of Rp 150,000)
       
       
       
       
     • If you choose ‘% discount on total specific item’, set the points required to get % discount on certain items and the variant (e.g redeem 10 points to get 50% discount of Sirloin Steak)
       
       You can also add more items by clicking “Add More Items” that available for 50% discount.
       
       
       
       OR set the points required to get % discount on any items in any category (e.g redeem 10 points to get 50% discount of “Meat” category)
       
       
       
       

       Note:

     • You can input 100% discount if you want to give the as free item(s)
       
       
     • You can add as much as rewards you need by clicking Add Reward. After you finished creating the rewards, click Next
       
       
       
       
7. Set the program configuration, you can choose to use validation code or not for member to redeem reward. If you check the Send customer validation code checkbox, when member wants to redeem a reward, our system will send SMS OTP/code to the member’s phone number, cashier need to input the code to Moka App on redeem page in order to redeem the reward. Click Save to continue.
   
   
   
   
8. Review the program rules and configuration that you made, click Confirm Program to create the program or click Back to revise the program.
   
   
   
   Your loyalty program is ready to use!
