Note: Make sure your Loyalty Program status in the backoffice is Active

You can register new loyalty program member using two methods. Here are the methods:

How to Register New Loyalty Program Member From New Customer 

Here are the steps to register new loyalty program from new customer: 

1. Open Moka App. 
   
   
2. Select menu Point of Sale.
   
   
3. Input your customer's order to your shopping cart. 
   
   
4. Select Charge.
   
   
5. You will see an empty phone number field on the loyalty page. Then, fill up your customer's phone number. 
   
   
6. Click Check.
   
   
7. Click Register New Member.
   
   
8. Complete the member's profile and fill the required Phone Number column. 
   
   
9. Click Save.
   
   
10. Select the payment method and click Charge.
    
    
11. Select Print Receipt to print the receipt. On the receipt, your member can see their membership points and other information related to the membership. 
    
    

How to Register New Loyalty Program Member From Existing Customer

Here are the steps to register new loyalty program member from existing customer: 

1. Open Moka App. 
   
   
2. Select menu Point of Sale.
   
   
3. Input your customer's order to your shopping cart. 
   
   
4. Click + Add Customer. 
   
   
5. Select the customer on the customer list, then click Add to Sale. 
   
   
6. Click Charge.
   
   
7. Click Check.
   
   
8. Click Register New Member.
   
   
9. Click Save.
   
   
10. Select the payment method and click Charge.
    
    
11. Select Print Receipt to print the receipt. On the receipt, your member can see their membership points and other information related to the membership.
