Notes:

• Make sure your loyalty program status in the backoffice is Active.
• Member cannot gain points and redeem for reward in the same purchase transaction. They need to choose either add the points to his/her membership or redeem a reward.

Here are the steps to add members' loyalty point: 

1. Open Moka App.
   
2. Select menu Point of Sale.
   
   
3. Tap +Add Customer.
   
   
4. Search and choose member that doing the purchase.
   
   
5. Add item to shopping cart.
   
   
6. Click Charge. 
   
   
7. Click Add xx points to Current Balance.
   
   
8. Choose payment method and tap Charge.
   
   
9. Click Print Receipt to print the receipt. Members can see their membership and point information in the receipt (you can use SMS Receipt or Email Receipt also).
