In Moka, you are able to create gratuity to charge to your customers (for example: Service Charge).

Here is the steps to create gratuity:

1. Login to Moka backoffice. 
   
   
2. Go to menu LIBRARY.
   
   
3. Select Gratuity.
   
   
4. Click Create Gratuity.
   
   
5. Fill in the gratuity name (example: Service Charge) and percentage amount.
   
   
6. Click Save to save to current outlet or Save to All Outlets to create the gratuity for all outlets.
