Using the Table Management feature, you can remove a saved bill if the customer wants to cancel an order for a reason, for example when the item runs out or when the customer waits too long. You can delete the bill on the table by:
- From you Moka POS app, tap on the menu icon on the bottom left corner, then select Table Map.
- Tap the table the customer wish to cancel.
- Tap on Delete Bill on the pop up menu.
- Choose the reason or input other reasons in Other column.
- After all set, click the Delete button.
