Start accepting mobile payment so your customers can pay with their e-money app at your outlets by activating it through Moka Back-office.
Note: Payment Method OVO requires Moka App v.10.6 (Android tablet only) or v.20.0 (iPad) or higher
- Go to Account & Settings > Payment Method.
- Click Activate in OVO section.
- Fill the required form with your KTP number, NPWP number (optional), and bank account detail for settlement process
- Business Name – this will be already prefilled (please note if you change your business name here, it will not change your registered business name in Moka)
- KTP number – mandatory
- NPWP number - optional
- Bank name - mandatory (we currently only accept BCA or Mandiri account)
- Account number – mandatory
- Bank account holder name - mandatory
- Click Next.
- Check the empty box at the bottom to accept the Terms and Conditions, then click Submit.
- Your mobile payment OVO will be activated in 1-3 business days.
- To check the activation status, see in the payment method section beside the OVO logo.
