How to Accept Payments with E-Wallet in Moka App
In Moka, you can accept various e-wallet payments at your outlet. Your cashier can easily choose the e-wallet logo and ask your customer to scan the e-wallet QR code or ask your customer for their phone number to be inputted while transacting on Moka App. If you have not activated your e-wallets yet, click here.
Notes: If you are experiencing issues while accepting e-wallet payments, click here to continue your payment process. The latest e-wallet providers are available only on the latest Moka app version.
Here are the steps to accept payment with GoPay, DANA, LinkAja, Kredivo, Akulaku, Alipay, and WeChat Pay e-wallet:
- Select the chosen e-wallet logo during checkout process.
- The QR code will appear on your screen. Ask your customer to scan QR code using their e-wallet app.
- Wait until your customer confirm the transaction.
- If the transaction is successful, choose to print or email the receipt.
- If the transaction failed, click Try Again to retry charging with the same payment method or click Cancel to choose another payment method.
Here are the steps to accept payments with OVO:
- Select OVO Logo during checkout process.
- This page will appear on your screen. Ask your customer's phone number and input it on your device.
- Wait until your customer confirm the transaction.
- If the transaction is successful, choose to print or email the receipt.
- If the transaction failed, click Try Again to retry charging or click Cancel to choose a different payment method.
