Lesson 9: Manage Library Using App
After you have finished setting up the Moka application according to the guidelines in Lesson 8: Using Moka App, this material will help you manage the Library related to the items you sell. In the Moka app, the Library settings are simple. Meanwhile, to make detailed changes to the library, it is recommended that you make library settings through the backoffice. Follow these steps to get started with setting up the Library in the Moka app. You can also click directly on the specific topic you want to learn:

Note: In order to make changes to the Library, the Moka app must be online.
How to Create Item
- On the application menu, select the Library menu. Click the edit symbol (symbol) in the upper-right corner of the Library menu.
- A display like the image below will appear.
- Select Create Item.
Enter item name, select category, price in Rupiah, SKU and product variant (if any).Note: Moka android application cannot be used to add Modifiers. You can add modifiers by using the Moka backoffice.
Make sure your app is online in order to save changes. Changes cannot be saved if you are offline. The system will notify you with a pop-up display as shown below if you are not connected to the internet.

Click Confirm to save the item changes.
How to Update Item

On the Library menu, click the edit symbol (symbol) in the upper right corner of the Library menu.

Select the item you want to update.

Change the item information you want to update, such as price or SKU.
Note: You cannot change the number of stock items and modifiers. To change the stock and modifier, you can use the Moka backoffice.
How to Delete Item
- On the Library menu, click the edit symbol (symbol) in the upper right corner of the Library menu.
- Select the item you want to delete.
- Click Delete Item to delete.
How to Create Category
- On the Library menu, click the edit symbol (symbol) in the upper right corner of the Library menu.
- Select Manage Categories, then a display like the image on the right will appear.
- Click Create Category, then enter the name of the category.
- Click Save to save.
How to Delete Category
- On the Library menu, click the edit symbol (symbol) in the upper right corner of the Library menu.
- Select Manage Categories, then select the category you want to delete.
- Click Delete Category, then the category will be deleted.

How to Create Discount

On the Library menu, click the edit symbol in the upper right corner of the Library menu.

Select Create Discount.

Enter the name of the discount and the amount of the percentage discount you want to create. Note: currently the feature of making a discount can only be done in the iOS-based Moka application and only to add a percentage discount (%). To add rupiah discounts (Rp) and other discounts, you can manage discounts through the Moka backoffice.

How to Delete Discount
- On the Library menu, select Discount.
- Select the discount to be deleted and then click Delete Discount.
Note: The feature of adding and removing discounts can only be done by accounts that have set access.
