App Marketplace
I can't integrate with one of the app marketplace partners, what should I do?
- Make sure you log in using your main / master account in the Moka Back Office.
- If you are still having problems accessing the App Marketplace, please report it to us via the call center at 1500970 or email at support@mokapos.com.
When I was about to sync data with the integration partner, a failure occurred. What do I have to do?
Each of our App Marketplace partners has a different data sync mechanism. Therefore, please refer to the FAQ from each partner, which can be found in the following link:
- Circle Media
- Digiresto
- Jurnal
- Storelogy
When performing the synchronization, please make sure that:
- Your internet connection is running smoothly
- Close your browser, then reopen and access the Moka Back Office then re-login

If there is a failure during data synchronization, how to solve it?
Please make sure your internal system is running smoothly. If so, please report it to us, so we can check Moka's internal system.
My API is not accessible? What do I have to do?
- Please check if your token is still valid. If not, please refresh and try again.
- Please check whether the API data (parameters & data) matches the credential data in the Moka App Dashboard.
- If both are valid and match, please contact us via call center at 1500970 or email at support@mokapos.com.
What should I do if my token expires?
Please refresh the token by referring to our API site on the API access_token page, then you can use refresh_token.
How do I check the data credentials of my API?
You can check your API data credentials by logging in to the Moka developer portal at the following link.
