Customer List

With the Customer Information feature, your customer information will be stored in the Moka backoffice. The information includes: Customer Name, Customer Phone, Customer Email, Customer Address (e.g. City, State, Zip Code), Numbers of transaction, Customer since, Last visit, Lifetime spend, dan Average spend.

When your customer click “Bayar Sekarang” the system will capture these following informations:

  • Customer Name
  • Customer Phone 
  • Customer Emai
  • Customer Address (e.g. City, State, Zip Code)

When your customer has already received the order, the customer informations will add these informations:

  • Number of transaction
  • Customer since
  • Last visit
  • Lifetime spend
  • Average spend

How to View Customer List

You can view your customer list from Moka backoffice by following these steps:

  1. In Moka's backoffice, visit CUSTOMER, select Customer List.
  2. Select the All Customers option to see a list of all your customer types.

How to Find Customer List

To find customer information you can follow these steps: 

  1. In Moka's backoffice, visit CUSTOMER, select Customer List.
  2. Select the All Customers option to see a list of all your customer types.

  3. Enter the customer's name, email, or mobile number in the search field.
  4. Search results will be automatically displayed.

How to Import Customer List

Jika Anda sudah memiliki informasi pelanggan dan ingin memasukan informasi tersebut ke Moka, ikuti langkah-langkah berikut:

  1. At Moka backoffice, view CUSTOMERS, select Customers List.
  2. Click Import/Export, then select Import Customer.

  3. Press Download Our Template.

  4. Fill in customer information into the template provided.

  5. Save the file in .csv format.
  6. Click at Drop files to upload, then choose the .csv file you already made previously.

  7. Click Upload.

Note: Importing a customer will only add a new customer account. Customers that are already in the Moka database but are not in the CSV file will not be deleted.

How to Export Customer List

If you want to download customer information already stored in Moka backoffice, follow these steps:

  1. On the backoffice menu, visit CUSTOMERS, select Customers List.
  2. Click Import/Export, then select Export Customer. The downloaded file is in .csv format.

Tips How to Utilize Customer List

Tips for you in using Customer List to increase transactions:

  • Use Customer Information for promotional needs. You can send info on the latest products/collections and promos via email or broadcast (Whatsapp/LINE).
  • Use customer information to request product reviews or testimonials from buyers which you can later use for promotional content.
  • Don't forget to introduce yourself or your shop, use friendly and polite language.
  • Pay attention to the frequency. You can message buyers periodically but not too often to avoid spamming.
  • Important! Protect your buyer's information by not sharing their data with others.
