I have made a discount on Moka's Back Office, but why can't it be used in the Application?
Follow the steps below to check your Discount settings:
1. Make sure you are using the device according to the recommendations and using the latest version of the application.
2. Do clear cache and restart the device.
3. Double-check the form of the discount you made, whether it is a percentage discount (%) or a nominal discount (Rp).
If you apply a percentage discount (%), a discount description will appear on the item. But if you apply a nominal discount (Rp), a description of the discount will appear in the Library menu.
