How to Delete Promo 

Before deleting your promo, we recommend you to do it outside your business operational hours and ensure your cashier is informed about this action. 

Note: You can delete promo while the promo status is Ongoing. Promo will be permanently deleted and this action cannot be undone.

Here is the steps to delete promo: 

1. Login to Moka backoffice. 
   
   
2. Visit menu LIBRARY.
   
   
3. Select Promo.
   
   
4. Click which program you wanted to delete and tap on the trash icon on the left below.
   
   
5. Click Delete.
   
   
   

How to Deactivate Promo 

We recommend to deactivate the promo outside your business operational hours and ensure your cashier is informed about the deactivation. 

Here is the steps to deactivate promo:

1. Login to Moka backoffice. 
   
   
2. Visit menu LIBRARY.
   
   
3. Select Promo.
   
   
4. Click which program you wanted to delete and tap Deactivate.
   
   
5. Click Deactivate.
   

How to Reactivate Promo

We recommend to reactivate the promo outside your business operational hours and ensure your cashier is informed about the reactivation. 

Here is the steps to reactivate promo: 

1. Login to Moka backoffice. 
   
   
2. Visit menu LIBRARY.
   
   
3. Select Promo.
   
   
4. Click which program you wanted to delete and tap Reactivate.
   
   
5. Click Reactivate.
