How to View Shift Report
On the shift report, you can see the details of payment method used during start and end shift.
Here is the steps to view shift report:
- Login to Moka backoffice.
- Visit menu REPORTS.
- Select Shift.
- Select which outlet and time period to see the shift report using Outlet Filter and Date Filter.
- Click Export.
Here are the definitions of each column on this report:- Name - The employee account name who started the shift on Moka App.
- Start Time - The time and date when the shift started.
- End Time - The time and date the shift ended.
- Total Expected - Total revenue (both cash and non-cash) obtained from all sales transactions earned during the shift, including the taxes and additional fees on Moka.
- Total Actual - Total income (both cash and non-cash) obtained from all sales transactions earned during the shift, including taxes and additional fees based on the employee calculation who is responsible in the shift.
- Difference - The difference in the total income based on employee calculations between Total Actual and Total Expected.
You can see the details of each transaction details in a selected shift:
Shift Details
This section shows the employee account name who is running the shift, the outlet name, the time and date when shift started and ended.
Cash
This section shows the nominal cash obtained during the shift, including starting cash, cash from sales, cash from invoices, and cash refunds, including income and expenses outside sales transactions.
Here are the definition on the Cash section:
- Expected Ending Cash - Display the amount of cash obtained from sales activities calculated by the Moka system (after accounting for income and expenses excluding sales transactions).
- Actual Cash - Display the amount of cash obtained based on employee calculation.
E-Wallet
This section shows the amount of non-cash from e-wallet payment method earned during the shift.
Here are the definition on the E-Wallet section:
- Expected E-Wallet Payment - Display the amount of non-cash from e-wallet payment method obtained from sales activities calculated by the Moka system.
EDC
This section shows the amount of non-cash from debit machines earned during the shift.
Here are the definition on the EDC section:
- Expected EDC Payment - Display the amount of non-cash from debit machines earned from sales activities calculated by the Moka system.
Other
This section shows the amount of other non-cash income earned during the shift, including payment for refund. For this section the data is also dynamic to show payment methods that have more than 0 transactions on the report.
Total
This section shows the total income based on the calculation between Total Expected and Total Actual.
