How to Create Item Category

Categories feature is used to classify items into different groups (eq. Coffee and Pastries) and control what items print on order tickets.

Here are the simple steps:

  1. Login to Moka backoffice

  2. Go to LIBRARY.

  3. Click Categories.

  4. Click Create Category on the top right corner.

  5. Input the Category Name.

  6. Click Save to save to current outlet or Save to All Outlets to create the category for all outlets.


The item category will appear on the Moka App as below:
