You can refund or cancel a transaction using Moka when facing operational issues or customers who want to cancel their order.

Notes: Refund is only applicable to Moka app that is connected to the Internet. 

Here are the steps to refund:

1. Open Moka app.
   
   
2. Select Menu.
   
   
3. Choose Activity.
   
   
4. Select which transaction you wanted to cancel.  
   
   
5. Click Select Refund.
   
   
6. Select which item you wanted to return.  
   
   
7. Insert the reason on the Reason for Refund field.
   
   
8. Click Refund.
