Does your business sell vouchers online at the Support Local Brands site? The following are ways to process transactions in Moka using different types of vouchers. The steps are broken down as follows, click link to jump to section:

Voucher Types

There are five voucher types provided by Support Local Brands, as follows: 

• Prepaid Balance: Pay only Rp.(X) to get voucher with a balance of Rp.(>X)
• Discount Voucher: Pay Rp. (X) to get #(Y) vouchers with (Z)% discount
• Value Voucher: Pay Rp. (X) to get #(Y) vouchers of Rp. (Z) off per transaction
• Free Item Voucher: Pay Rp.(X) to get #(Y) free item
• Buy 1 Get 1 Voucher: Pay Rp.(X) to get Buy 1 Get 1 voucher when you buy item (Y)

Each type of voucher has a slightly different methods. Follow the according steps according to the voucher type you have selected.

How to Track Voucher Sales

First of all, you will need to a new Category to store vouchers, in order to track voucher sales. The steps are as follows:

1. Login to Backoffice.
2. Select LIBRARY.
3. Select Categories.
4. Click Create Category. 
5. Type "Support Local Brands".
6. Click Save or Save to All Outlets.

In order to record the sales you made from selling vouchers, vouchers would need to be created as items inside the Item Library beforehand. To do so, the steps are as follows:

1. At the Backoffice menu, select LIBRARY.
2. Select Item Library.
3. Click Create Item.
4. Create a new item and name it as "Voucher SLB (voucher type)", for example: "Voucher SLB Buy 1 Get 1".
5. At the Category dropdown, select Support Local Brands.
6. Match the Price with the voucher's selling price.
7. Click Save or Save to All Outlets.
   
   
   
   

Every time you receive your voucher sales from a third party platform, record it in the Moka App through the following steps:

1. At the Moka App, select LIBRARY.
2. Select the SLB vouchers as items added to the Shopping Cart, and adjust the quantity of vouchers based on the quantity sold.
3. Click Charge.
4. At the Payment Method page, select Cash if you have withdrawn the sales into cash, or Other EDC if you left the income from voucher sales in your business bank account.
5. Click Charge.

How to Create Support Local Brands Discounts

Prepaid Balance

You do not need to make discounts or new items because what is affected is the voucher's balance.

Discount or Value Vouchers

1. At the Backoffice menu, select LIBRARY.
2. Select Discounts.
3. Click Create Discount.
4. Name it as "Discount SLB X%", such as: "Discount SLB 30%", or "Discount SLB Rp.X", such as: "Discount SLB Rp.50,000".
5. Select either the % or the Rp sign based on the discount type.
6. At the Amount text box, type the discount amount.
7. Click Save or Save to All Outlets.
   
   
   
   

Note: Each Rp voucher can only be used once in a transaction. If your voucher terms and conditions allow more than one value vouchers of the same amount in a transaction, create multiple Discounts with the same amount.

Free Item or Buy 1 Get 1 Vouchers

If the free item or bonus has been determined, create items through the Backoffice as follows: 

1. At the Backoffice menu, select LIBRARY.
2. Select Discounts.
3. Click Create Discount.
4. Name it as "SLB FREE" or "SLB Get 1".
5. Select either the %.
6. At the Amount text box, type "100".
7. Click Save or Save to All Outlets.
   
   
    

How to Transact with Support Local Brands Discounts

Make sure that the customer has proven ownership of the voucher on the TADA Wallet App and press Redeem voucher before you process the transaction on the Moka App.

Prepaid Balance

1. At the Moka App, add items into the Shopping Cart.
2. Click Charge.
3. At the Payment Method page, select Giftcard.
4. At the Optional note text box, write the voucher name and code.

Discount, Value, Free Item, or Buy 1 Get 1 Vouchers

1. At the Moka App, click on the LIBRARY to find items.
2. Select item.
3. At the item's Discount option, select "Discount SLB X%", "Discount SLB Rp.X", "SLB FREE", or "SLB Get 1" accordingly. 
4. Click Charge.
5. At the Payment Method, select Giftcard.
6. At the Optional note text box, write the voucher name and code.
