Email Master is the email that you used for Moka account registration. When you want to request for retraining or assistance from the Customer Support team, you need to provide the email master of your Moka account. 

Here are the steps to view your email master:  

1. Login to backoffice Moka. 
   
   
2. Select menu ACCOUNT SETTINGS.
   
   
3. Click Account. 
   
   
4. On the PERSONAL DETAILS section, the email on this column is your email master.
