GoStore allows you to send products throughout Indonesia with the support of various couriers or logistics partners that can be tailored to your needs. The next thing you need to pay attention to is the speed of processing orders and shipping so that buyer satisfaction is maintained, make sure you send the order according to the applicable receipt and delivery confirmation deadlines.

The following is a description of the deadline for receiving and sending orders based on the time the order was received and the type of courier:

Go-Send

* This term applies for all GoStore business categories (Retail and Retail - F&B)
* For Retail - F&B merchants should accept the order as soon as possible
* For Go-Send SAME DAY, request pickup window time will be available on 08:00 - 15:00
* For Go-Send INSTANT, request pickup window time will be available for 1x24 hour time

GoSend courier estimated time arrival (ETA) after you click pick-up:

• Gosend Instant: 30 minutes
• Gosend Sameday: ± 4 hours

Regular Shipping non Hubless (J&T and SiCepat)

* For Regular service, request to pick up goods can be done at any time (depending on the transaction time of the sending agent)

Reguler Shipper

Shipper operational day: Monday - Saturday. Sunday and national holiday is off.

* Estimation of courier arrival is 2 hours after the request pickup or based on the window times on the table above.

Regular Shipping

1. Regular Shipping Simulation on Monday - Friday
   
   Orders received on Monday at 18.00 have a maximum time limit for receiving orders of 1x24 hours, namely Tuesday and 2x24 hours for pickup requests starting from the time the order came in so the maximum limit is Wednesday at 18.00
   
   
2. Regular Delivery Simulation on Saturdays and Sundays
   
   Orders received on Friday at 11.00 have a maximum time limit for receiving orders on Monday at 11.00 because Saturday and Sunday are not counted as working days. Requests for pickup requests are counted 2x24 hours working days so that the maximum is on Tuesday at 11.00
   
   
3. Simulation of Regular Delivery on National Holidays
   
   Orders received on Monday at 18.00 have a maximum time limit for receiving orders on Wednesday at 18.00 because Tuesday is a national holiday and is not counted as a working day. Requests for pickup requests are counted 2x24 hours working days so that the maximum is on Thursday at 18.00

Processing Pre-Order Products

The time limit for receiving orders for Pre Order products is the same as for regular products (see table). However, what is different is the pick-up time limit.

If you pick up before 15:00, the time limit for pick up is:

1. GoSend Instant, is 1×24 hours.
2. GoSend Same Day, is 1x24 hours.
3. Regular, is 2x24 hours.

If you pick up after 15:00, the time limit for picking up the goods is:

1. Gosend Instant, is 1 day maximum at 15.00.
2. GoSend Same Day, is 1x24 hours.
3. Regular, is 2x24 hours.
