How to Setup the Logistic Services

Activating the Logistic Service Feature on the GoStore

This feature can be activated bypassing your GoStore store settings. To be able to set it up, you can go to the online shop menu in the backoffice> select GoStore> Manage> Brand Settings> Outlet Settings.

To set up and activate the Delivery Service, the following steps can be done:

  1. Enter the contact number for your outlet consisting of your phone number and Whatsapp number.

  2. Select the pin location of your outlet on the map precisely to make it easier for agents who will pick up goods

  3. Enter the address details, province, city or regency, district, and zip code correctly and completely

  4. Select the delivery service you want to activate in your store, i.e. GoSend, Regular Delivery, or Self Pick Up. After that, select "Aktifkan". 
    Note: For food & beverage products, it is mandatory to use GoSend instant delivery to ensure product quality remains good and excellent when it arrives in your customers.
