Follow the steps below to deactivate your GoStore outlet:

1. Login in backoffice Moka, click ONLINE STORE and choose GoStore.
2. In BRAND SETTING section, choose which outlet that will be temporarily deactivated by switching the toggle left to OFF. 
   
   
   
   
3. If you want to reactivate your outlet, please select the outlet and slide the toggle to ON. The outlet will automatically reactivate.
   
   

Note: Deactivating GoStore will only disable GoStore services and will not affect your Moka services.

You could use this method if you want to temporarily close GoStore services, such as before a long holiday season.
